Having co-founded CitiusTech in 2005, Rizwan Koita served as its Chief Executive Officer till October 2021. Under his leadership, CitiusTech became one of the fastest growing healthcare technology solutions providers, serving more than 120 leading healthcare organizations worldwide, and crossing over $300 Mn in annualized revenues.
Before CitiusTech, Mr. Koita was the CEO and founder of TransWorks (now part of Concentrix), a leading BPO with over 15,000 employees today. Earlier, he was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Co., where he consulted transnational clients on growth and operations strategy. His philanthropic venture, Koita Foundation, helps NGOs scale by leveraging technology and digital transformation. He actively supports the Koita Centre for Digital Health at IIT Bombay.

Amitava founded XpressBees in 2015 and, as its CEO, has led its overall operation and business development and scaled it to become one of the largest and the fastest growing logistics company in India. He is a Board Member of FirstCry.com, a company he cofounded in 2010, and served as its Co-founder and COO from inception before spinning off Xpressbees. A serial entrepreneur he was also instrumental in scale up and successful exit of Brainvisa Technologies, an Ed Tech company. Prior to Brainvisa, he has worked with companies like Future Software (later Aricent), NIIT Technologies and Tata Steel.
Amitava received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (BHU) and his MBA from IIM, Lucknow.

Asish Mohapatra is the co-founder and CEO of OFB Tech, a first-of-its-kind B2B product fulfilment (“OfBusiness”) and financing platform (“Oxyzo”). He spearheads overall operations with a keen interest across sales, risk and collections.
Asish started his professional career at ITC as an Operations Manager in 2002. There, he turned around a sick ITC subsidiary SME into a fully functional production unit with more than INR 1,000 crore annual turnover within two years. In 2006, he went on to become an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company with manufacturing and pharmaceuticals as his key domains. He then moved to Matrix Partners as a venture capitalist from 2010 to 2015, leading 7 investments in healthcare and consumer.
Post that, Asish co-founded (with 4 other colleagues) OfBusiness in 2016 and Oxyzo in 2018. OfBusiness, in a span of less than 6 years, has built amongst the most scaled, profitable, leveraged and engaged B2B enterprises (valued at US$5B+) in India. It provides raw material fulfilment across supply chains ranging from metals to plastics, food grains, garments, petrochemicals and industrial chemicals. Oxyzo (also a unicorn independently) is a financial services company, which largely has been built to support the commerce industry with its innovative product called “purchasing financing”. Today, Oxyzo has built its product suite across many other financial services.
An avid family man, Asish is a published poet, a sketch artist, a sports enthusiast and a trivia lover. He counts IIT Kharagpur and ISB Hyderabad as his Alma matters.

He began his career as a Principal Engineer and Search Architect with burrp! India’s first local food and restaurant recommendation engine.
He built the technology backbone for Burrp! Local and Burrp! TV before assuming the position of Search Architect at Infomedia 18 Ltd.
